Trove Innovations (India) Pvt Ltd ships tiles, natural stones, granite, cladding, and related products across India. Based in Hubli, Karnataka, we specialise in serving the the region region while offering reliable delivery to customers nationwide.

Due to the heavy and bulky nature of tiles and stone products, our shipping processes are designed to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review the details below to understand our delivery areas, timelines, and procedures.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following areas across India:

2.1 Primary Service Area

Our fastest and most cost-effective delivery is available within our primary service area:

  • Hubli-Dharwad and surrounding areas
  • Belgaum (Belagavi)
  • Gadag, Haveri, Davangere, and Karwar
  • Other the region towns and cities

2.2 Secondary Service Area

  • Bangalore (Bengaluru)
  • Mysore, Mangalore, and other major Karnataka cities
  • Rest of Karnataka state

2.3 Pan-India Delivery

We also ship to major cities and towns across India. Delivery timelines and charges for pan-India orders vary based on distance and order size. Please contact us for specific delivery estimates to your location.

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Weight and Quantity: Tiles and stone products are heavy; charges are calculated per square foot or per box depending on the product
  • Distance: Delivery charges vary based on the distance from our warehouse in Hubli
  • Order Size: Large orders may require dedicated truck delivery, which is quoted separately
  • Product Type: Fragile items like natural stone slabs may incur additional handling charges

4.1 Free Delivery

Free delivery is available for orders meeting the minimum threshold within our primary service area (Hubli-Dharwad and the region). The applicable minimum order value for free delivery will be displayed at checkout.

4.2 Bulk / Truck Delivery

For large orders requiring full or partial truck loads, our logistics team will provide a custom shipping quote. Please contact us with your order details and delivery address for an accurate estimate.

5. Packaging

We take great care to ensure your products are securely packed for transit:

  • Tiles: Packed in manufacturer cardboard boxes and stacked on wooden pallets for safe transport
  • Natural Stone / Granite: Wrapped in protective material with edge guards to prevent chipping
  • Cladding and Decorative Pieces: Individually wrapped with foam padding and packed in reinforced boxes
  • Fragile Items: Extra cushioning, corner protectors, and "Handle with Care" labelling

Despite careful packaging, minor chips or scratches can occasionally occur during transit with heavy stone products. Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.

6. Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order status through the following channels:

  • Email Updates: You will receive email notifications at each stage -- order confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered
  • SMS Alerts: SMS notifications are sent for key milestones including dispatch and delivery
  • Account Dashboard: Log in to your account and visit "My Orders" to view real-time order status and tracking details
  • Customer Support: Contact our team for any order-related enquiries

For local deliveries within Hubli-Dharwad, our delivery team may contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.

7. Delivery Process

Please be aware of the following during delivery:

7.1 Unloading

  • For bulk orders delivered by truck, unloading at the delivery site is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise arranged
  • For smaller courier-delivered packages, the delivery person will hand over the package at your doorstep or gate
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment

7.2 Inspection at Delivery

  • Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage before accepting delivery
  • If the packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately
  • Open and verify the contents as soon as possible after delivery
  • Check that the quantity, size, and colour match your order

7.3 Delivery Receipt

You or an authorised person at the delivery address will be required to sign for receipt of the shipment. This signature confirms that the stated number of boxes/packages was received. It does not confirm the condition of the contents inside.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged during transit:

  • Report Promptly: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone
  • Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products from multiple angles
  • Retain Packaging: Keep all original packaging materials for our inspection team
  • Replacement: For confirmed transit damage, we will arrange free replacement of the damaged items
  • Refund Option: If the product is no longer available, a full refund will be processed for the damaged items

Important: Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for free replacement. Damage caused after delivery (during installation, storage, or handling) is not covered under our shipping damage policy.

9. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule delivery by contacting our customer support team
  • Incorrect Address: If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply
  • Return to Warehouse: After 2 failed attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply)
  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders unclaimed for more than 14 days after the second failed attempt may be cancelled, and a refund (less shipping costs) will be issued

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and a contact person is available at the site on the expected delivery date.
