- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products that have been installed, assembled, or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless defective)
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and provide the reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email

3.2 Return Shipping
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will arrange free pickup or provide prepaid shipping labels
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Wrong Item Received: We will arrange free pickup and priority shipping for the correct item
3.3 Packaging Requirements
Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit:
- Use the original packaging whenever possible
- Secure all parts and accessories
- Include all documentation and accessories received with the product
- Clearly label the package with the return authorization number
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Specify the item you would like in exchange
- If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Exchange items are subject to availability
We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability while we process your return.
5. Refunds

- After Dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible; please refuse delivery or initiate return
- Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has begun

- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
